AYA Janazah Fund Terms and Conditions

Members agree to pay a one-time membership fee at the current amount.

Members agree to make contribution payments when a member passes away.

Members agree to receive notifications including administrative, marketing, and contribution payments through various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, text messages, and direct phone calls.

Members understand there is no refund for membership and contribution payments.

The maximum payout for burial expenses is currently capped at $5,000.

If burial expenses increase due to market conditions, the membership fee and/or contribution amount will be adapted accordingly.

If a member does not make the mandatory contribution within 90 days following the notification of the passing of a member, their membership may be subject to termination.

Should an individual wish to opt out of participating in the AYA Janazah Fund, they must notify the AYA Janazah Fund Advisory Board.

Should an individual wish to reinstate their membership, they will be required to pay the one-time membership fee once again.

These terms and conditions may be amended as necessary at any time by the AYA Janazah Fund Advisory Board.
